This shift suggests that consumer confidence in the economy has grown considerably. <\/p>\n<p>On eBay, he is seeing increased sales of higher-end \u201cdesirables\u201d such as Coach purses and collectibles. This is an indicator of an increase in disposable income and an overall feeling that the future job market will be stable.<\/p>\n<p>I believe there is a window during which you can re-energize your team and shift their eyes to generating and managing growth before everyone else does.
